This was a game made for one of my friends 30th birthday! It's a semi open world adventure with turn based combat and like 30 unique combats or something. An absurd amount of effort. I said I would never do something like this again.
But I probably will.
For the design of this game there was a lot of focus on making things scaleable. For example, each combat you fight randomizes a pool of three freinds from how ever many you've collected. This allows us to add as many freinds as we have time for during development without fear of having too few. And also allows the freinds movesets to be similar to eachother without it feeling too repatative.
There were a lot of small decisions like this making the project possible to finish.
It's a very cool game.
